Hewn Doors

The doors were sawn from a salvaged old-growth cedar which had been submerged in Lake Whatcom for over a century. Measuring 20” x 20” and perfectly preserved, the hand hewn adz marks of the original timber are clearly visible, making up the exterior texture and character of the doors.
