I love the way Steven approaches obstacles and restrictions as if they were amusing puzzles to solve rather than problems to overcome. He has the foresight, experience, and vision to come up with ideas that I would never have thought of on my own. He is a creative brainstormer and designer and then, when decisions have been agreed upon, he is a detail oriented and masterful fabricator.
